This application "Transcription", assisting the user who wants to work out a piece of audio, in order to write it out.

- Application is not transcribing automatically.

- But application provides a specialized player program.

- User needs to set Step, Delay And Offset for the purpose of transcription.

- Then user need to Play & Stop button for start & stop transcription.
